Sailing boats on a sparkling blue sea 15 minutes walk from Little Cottage

Little cottage was purchased in 2016 to restore and create the ultimate, luxury small cottage holiday. Located a 10 to 15 minute walk from the stunning beach of Maenporth, along the coast from Falmouth in some of the finest safe sailing waters in the world, a little slice of peace set in ancient Cornish oak woodland.

With a comprehensive creative library and music collection, including vinyl, a record deck, amp and speakers, a tiny rose garden filled with traditional English roses, jasmine, Cornish Honeysuckle and a range of fresh growing herbs for cooking, a Rayburn and real wood burning stove, a bohemian space, not so perfectly tidy as to make you feel this art space is yours for your time here. We have a piano for entertaining.

The cottage comprises a 5m by 4m living room with wood burning stove, a 5m by 3.5m kitchen and dining room with dishwasher, boiling water tap, hand made kitchen, stone floors, under floor heating and a Rayburn lit for winter stays. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms to the second floor. A small courtyard garden to the rear and a small front garden with views over the fields to woodland beyond that reaches down to the sea over the horizon.

If you want a thatched pub, then The Red Lion is just 15 minutes up the hill and serves amazing traditional Cornish pub food, ales and is friendly and welcoming to one an all, as we say here.

If you would like to sail, there are boats to hire of all sizes from a small motor launch rented out by the hour to vast ships, crewed by experts for unforgettable trips into the blue.
